Right now, an estimated 12.7 million tonnes of plastic – everything from plastic bottles and bags to micro beads – end up in our oceans each year. That’s a truck load of rubbish a minute.

 

Travelling on ocean currents, this plastic is now turning up in every corner of our planet – from Cornish beaches, to uninhabited Pacific islands. It is even being found trapped in Arctic ice.

 

Our oceans are slowly turning into a plastic soup and the effects on ocean life are chilling. Big pieces of plastic are choking and entangling turtles and seabirds and tiny pieces are clogging the stomachs of creatures who mistake it for food, from tiny zooplankton to whales.

Plastic is now entering every level of the ocean food chain and even ending up in the seafood on our plates.

Our website is secured with an SSL which ensures that your orders and information are securely transmitted to us. Payment is powered by either Wix or PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

 

Changed your mind? No problem, you can return your items up to 14-days after you receive them for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
 
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend using a Signed For or tracked delivery service to ensure your items arrive. We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return and you will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method you used.

Faulty Items

If an item you receive is faulty, please email mycoastjewellery@gmail.com to let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo as it is handy for us to see what has happened.
 
All our jewellery is handmade in our workshop and undergoes careful quality control before leaving the workshop. However faults can occasionally occur or jewellery can be damaged in the post.
 
If your jewellery is faulty, we will repair or replace it free of charge and, for online orders within the last three months, We will either provide a returns postage label or refund your return postage up to £2.00 (UK) or £4.00 (international).
